Taperlock Style Plug Gage

All cylindrical taperlock style plug gages are manufactured per ANSI/ASME B47.1 AGD standard and ANSI/ASME B89.1.5 standard. Taperlock style plug gages are used to gage large diameters. Taperlock style gages can be quickly changed by popping out the gage member and press fitting a new member into the handle. Leader Corporation offers the taperlock style from sizes of .1050” up to 1.510” in steel, chrome, and carbide materials. Larger diameters are quoted on request. Special features such as depth notches, air flats, pilots, radius, and chamfers are priced on request.

Trilock Style Plug Gages

All trilock cylindrical plug gage are manufactured to ANSI/ASME B47.1 AGD standard and ANSI/ASME B89.1.5 standard. Trilock gages are used to inspect large diameters. Like reversible pin gages, when one end wears out, the gage end can be turned around. Trilock sizes are available from .760” up to 8.010” in steel, chrome, and carbide materials. Special features such as depth notches, air flats, pilots, radius, and chamfers are priced on request.

Progressive cylindrical plug gages have the Go and No Go stepped on a single gage member so parts can be quickly inspected in one operation. Progressive cylindrical plug gages plug gages are available up to 8.00" in class ZZ, Z, Y, X, and XX tolerances. All steel progressive cylindrical plug gages are hardened to 60/62 Rc and progressive chrome gages are hardened to 70/72 Rc. All gages are traceable to NIST.

Plain Ring Gages

Leader Corporation offers an extensive line of cylindrical plain ring gages from .015" - 30" in class ZZ to XXX gage maker tolerances. Ring gages are available in steel, chrome, carbide, and ceramic materials. Plain ring gages are ideal for use as master and go/no go gaging. Use plain ring gages to efficiently inspect external dimensions of manufactured parts. With go/no go ring gaging, an inspector can quickly pass or fail parts without taking time consuming readings from a measuring instrument. Plain ring gages can be used to set cylinder bore gauges, air gages, and internal micrometers. By using the same size master ring gages, lead errors on measurements can be eliminated.
